Mr. Zhenyu He has been advising real estate funds on various structural and formation issues since joining Shekou Law Firm, including the use of parallel funds and alternative investment structures to minimize Chinese tax costs to foreign investors. He also cracked down many cases involving bank transactions, underperforming assets, intellect protection for many big clients, International Sea Front, and Weiqiu Industrial Park, to name a few. 

Mr. Zhenyu He is familiar with laws and regulations related investment in China and Shenzhen and can provide perfect legal services for foreign investors to invest in Shenzhen.
