Ms. Yuying Li focuses her practices primarily on real estate and construction. She has extensive knowledge on project financing, asset-based financing as well as real estate transactions. She also has abundance experiences in litigation and arbitration for disputes in connection with real estate and construction.

Ms. Yuying Li joined Shekou Law Firm in 2011, prior to which she was an in house legal counsel of a leading real estate development company in China.
