Ms. Chen is a partner of Shekou Law firm and she has extensive experience in construction law and advising on the construction aspects of real estate and finance transactions, advising developers, tenants and funders in relation to issues such as forms of building contract, appointments and collateral warranties and the like.

Ms. Chen has significant experience in representing public companies, private companies, and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions. Her legal services include drafting construction contracts, purchase and sale of real estates, lease of real estates and so on.
