Mr. Luo has a wide-ranging commercial real estate practice, covering all aspects of property sales and purchases, property developments and lettings. He also specializes in real estate finance, project finance, property joint ventures, and management buy-outs.

Since joining Shekou Law Firm in 2013, Mr. Luo has been advising international and domestic companies on a broad range of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, private equity and joint ventures. His clients include large listed corporations as well as small and medium sized enterprises.

For more than fifteen years, Mr. Huang has navigated developers through difficult transactions to profitable completion by his creative counsel. His experience includes representing developers in commercial, residential, mixed use and resort projects. He assisted in virtually all stages of real estate development including land acquisition, due diligence, choice of entity, equity and debt funding structures, sales and exit strategies.
