Ms. Zhuang has extensive experiences in advising a variety of creditors, acquirers, financial companies, and other market participants in all facets of transnational insolvency and restructuring process. She combines the bespoke legal strategies and creative financial structures to navigate most complicated insolvency and restructuring situations of both domestic and international clients.

Ms. Zhuang particularly focuses her practice on cross-border insolvency and restructuring. Having successfully steered a number of notable transnational insolvency and restructuring matters in China, she developed cutting-edge strategies and methodologies on most complicated transnational matters by closely working with the insolvency and restructuring team of the law firm.
