Ms. Zheng concentrates his practice in the areas of banking, insurance and securities. She regularly represents banking and other financial institutions on various matters. She has a number of clients in diverse industries including manufacturing, oil, furniture in raising capital in public offering and private debt securities.

Her substantial experience covers both international and domestic work across a range of sectors, acting for financiers and sponsors. During the past years, Ms. Zheng has represented parties engaged in secured and unsecured financings, and borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate, equipment, inventory and accounts receivable financings and other banking transactions.
