Mr. Liu focuses his practices on insurance, corporation and commercial law. He has broad experience in counseling insurance companies on a wide variety of legal issues. He has represented and counseled numbers of domestic as well as international insurance companies on various insurance legal issues and insurance industry practices.

He has been involved in representing many domestic and international companies in connection with their daily operation, and acts as outside general counsel to these entities and is responsible for the coordination and resolution of a wide range of legal matters, such as preparing contracts for various business transactions.
