Ms Yuping Zhang concentrates her practice on domestic and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate governance and shareholders' relation matters. She frequently advise transnational companies for their investment in China through M & A measures. She also regular advise shareholders, senior executives and boards of directors on corporate governance and shareholders' relation matters according to the Company Laws of China. Ms. Yuping Zhang has written a series of articles on various issues related with foreign investment in China through mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Shekou Law Firm, Ms. Yuping Zhang was a government official in Foreign Investment Bureau of Longyan Fujian province of China.
