Ms. Wu focuses his practice primarily on complex IP-related litigation. She has great experience in patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, false advertising and trade secret cases and so on. She also has experience counseling clients regarding intellectual property portfolio development and strategy.

Ms. Wu has successfully represented many domestic and foreign companies, especially multinational companies in patent prosecution and litigation. As a devoted practitioner of IP law, Ms. Wu is familiar with every phase of litigation and has provided extensive and intensive consultation on the Chinese intellectual property laws to foreign companies and law firms more than ten years.
